Basic Prom Video DJ Package
Package consists of 1 DJ, 1 Master of Ceremonies, and 1 staff member to handle music requests. Complete audio and video system with wireless microphone and PA system with backup equipment. Included is equipment consisting of a projector and 1 large screen for displaying music videos of your favorite songs and artists. Access to online planning forms and consultation prior to event.
ADD-ONS
Candid Pictures
Candid photos will be taken from the arrival to the prom as well as throughout the event, to be displayed on the large screen at different times throughout the evening. You will get 1 disk of all the pictures mailed to you within 14 days after the event. (at least 300 pictures taken)
Live Video Package
A camera is set up to capture live dancing and activities throughout the prom to be displayed on the big screen. ( a staff member will be behind the camera all night long)
Recorded Video Package
Package consists of 2 videographers recording the arrival at the prom, all special activities throughout the evening and general recording of the entire evening. Includes a visit to the school prior to the prom, and capturing in-school video footage. Event will be edited, creating a story line leading up to the prom and capturing the highlights of the evening events, and put on a DVD which will be sold separately for $25.00 each.
Price: $1000.00 plus a commitment of fifty (50) DVDs at 25.00 per disk
